Peeled stakes

Our peeled stakes are mainly used for fences and agricultural purposes (vineyards, plantations). Only fresh wood is used for production. The company offers raw, dried, and deeply impregnated products according to the relevant European and Scandinavian standards (NTR), as well as semi-sawn stakes. We also fulfill orders based on special customer requests. Additionally, we can arrange transportation by land or sea. The maximum load capacity for both tarpaulin trailers and containers is 30 m³.

Chemicals used for impregnation: Tanalite E, Osmosis, Volmalitas, Creosote. For deep impregnation, the company offers Class III and IV, which are mostly used for contact with soil, fresh water, and even seawater. If the customer requires, it is possible to provide an (NTR) certificate required by Scandinavian standards, as more chemicals are used during impregnation.

Quality requirements for stake manufacturing

  1. Blue discoloration
  2. Bending up to 1.5 cm per meter (if stakes are turned), 2 cm per meter (if stakes are peeled)
  3. Minor mechanical damages (from turning, peeling machines) not exceeding 25% of the stake length.
  4. Length tolerance +/- 3 cm, rounded-end stakes +/- 2 cm.
  5. Diameter tolerance +/- 3 mm (if the stake is turned)
  6. Heart rot
  1. Insect damage
  2. Remaining bark (if stakes are turned)
  3. Rot
  4. Severe mechanical damage
  1. The chamfer angle is 45º
  2. The chamfer should be as symmetrical as possible.
  3. The rounding length is 10% of the diameter.
